These Terms of Service govern your use of the Clare Connolly Weight Loss Clinic website and patient portal. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Service

Clare Connolly Weight Loss Clinic provides a medically supervised weight management programme incorporating prescription-only medicines. Our service is provided by a qualified independent prescriber regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

2. Eligibility

To access our programme, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Have a BMI of 30 or above (or 27+ with a weight-related health condition)
• Not have any contraindications to GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy
• Complete our screening questionnaire honestly and accurately

3. Prescription Medicines

Medicines prescribed through our programme are prescription-only medicines (POM) regulated by the MHRA. They will only be prescribed following a thorough clinical assessment. Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescriber.

You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment.

4. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information at all times
• Attend scheduled appointments and respond to clinical communications
• Use medications only as prescribed
• Report any adverse effects or concerns promptly
• Maintain a healthy lifestyle in conjunction with the programme
• Keep your account credentials secure

5. Payments and Refunds

Programme fees are charged monthly in advance. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are not available for completed months of service. If you wish to cancel, please provide 30 days' notice. Clinical consultations are non-refundable once conducted.

6. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, individual results vary and we cannot guarantee specific weight loss outcomes. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the programme if you provide false information, fail to comply with clinical recommendations, or engage in conduct that is harmful or inappropriate. You may cancel your programme at any time with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and educational materials, is the intellectual property of Clare Connolly Weight Loss Clinic and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
